ALL HAIL THE QUEEN!
Doo Wop Wed Widing Hood had its opening night tonight! Kaitlin, who plays the Queen, did awesome. I was so nervous for her before the show that I thought I get sick. That, and the fact that I realized at noon today that I was coming down with strep again, and was so tired and emotional. She nailed her part, and was much more confident this year than last year. Aspen and Jenna also did amazing as the Evil Queen (Jenna) and Little Red Riding Hood (Aspen). Kaitlin had a solo and sang really well. That was the part I was most nervous for. She made us very proud. We literally took up the entire front row of the cafeteria. We have a BIG family, and they were almost all there to support her on her big night. I got teary eyed watching her up there. She is so much her Nana on that stage! My mom was in everyplay in high school. She got Nana's acting genes for sure. Great Job K.K! We are all so stinkin' proud of you!!!!
Congrats Kaitlin on your performance! you are going to be a star one day -- I just know it. You are SO beautiful and talented!!
