Today was a day to celebrate. We had our school wide end of the year party and the kids had a blast. Jack spent the day with my class and loved every minute of it. Mama came to volunteer and brought me a a large Starbucks coffee....and I needed it. Party days as a teacher are exhausting, but so much fun. Kaitlin had the 5th grade talent show, and she sang one of her own songs....which made me very happy. She did great, and my heart was full watching the 5th grade stand up and yell for her. There was a lot of love and support in the air. These kids are so pumped about going off to middle school!
