We had a good day today. I started serving in the church nursery today and received years worth of therepy in one hour-long snuggle session with 7 adorable babies. I am so glad they had an opening in the baby room. It seriously warms my soul like a hot bowl of chilli in the middle of winter to snuggle and love on babies. I look so forward to sundays anyway because I love our new church, but now it is my favorite day of the week. I can't believe I get to do this every week! Oh they are so precious. I have to stop myself from eating their little cheeks. I don't want to scare their parents.
We learned a new game this afternoon. I think it' called the Mexican Train Game (using Dominoes). It is the perfect game for our family because everyone can play. Jack totally got it and won two rounds, fair and square. Sort of. He is finally old enough to play games with us, and he is GOOD! I had a sweet momma moment as I looked around the table and realized that we can do this now. Very cool.
