We went to the park today after the sun came out. Everything was drenched, and the kids (Carsyn, Jack, Kaitlin, and Peachy) were covered in mud, but they had a ball. My original intention was to run around the track and let the kids play on the playground while I was running, but it turned into a photoshoot. I know. Shocking. I almost did not bring my camera, but I told myself at the last second to bring it anyway...just in case they were being cute after my run. I am so glad I did. My 50mm is broken so most of the action shots were blurry, but the kids were hammin it up for the camera. They were having jumping contests off the swings, and made me take pictures and push them after each lap I ran. This almost never happens (them wanting their picture taken), so I took advantage. I like the extreme color and action editing in the pic at the top. It's fun.

This one is such a dissapointment. It's such a cute shot, but so darn blurry! You really have to have a great lens to get both clarity and light when it comes to a lot of movement. I had all the setting right, and still BLUR. UHHH! I tried to fix it, but it looks over-processed. Oh well. I'll put this one in the "edit someday when you know what you are doing" file.
